On-site deployments, break-fix, hardware staging, and site surveys for national and regional businesses with no local tech presence in Northwestern Ontario. We show up, do the work, and document everything.

We’re comfortable with ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice, Jira, and other enterprise ticketing platforms. Assign the ticket with scope, access details, and expected deliverables. We’ll execute, document, and close it out.

We can usually clear standard procurement onboarding within a week.
Whichever works for you. We typically bill per ticket or per visit with a defined scope, but we also work hourly for open-ended engagements, flat-rate for clearly-scoped deployments, and on retainer for clients with predictable monthly volume. Travel within the Rainy River District is included.
