Why buy hardware through us

Cheaper isn't cheaper
when it's the wrong machine.

Anyone can buy a laptop on Amazon. But a $700 consumer laptop with a 1-year warranty that dies in 18 months isn't actually cheaper than a $1,200 business laptop with a 3-year on-site warranty that lasts 5 years. And neither of those numbers includes the hours someone spent unboxing, setting it up, installing software, joining it to the domain, and copying over data.

When you buy hardware through us, we pick the right machine for the actual use case, configure it before you get it (Windows setup, accounts, security, software, mapped drives, your line-of-business apps), and deploy it to the user with their data already on it. They start the new computer and it just works.

And when something breaks, you call us — not Dell's overseas warranty hotline. We handle the warranty claim, the parts, the on-site replacement, and the swap. That's the difference between hardware as a transaction and hardware as part of a real IT service.

Common questions

Hardware FAQ

Can you sell us business computers and laptops?
Yes. We source and sell business-grade laptops, desktops, monitors, and servers from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, and the other major manufacturers. We pick the right model for your use case, set it up before delivery, and deploy it properly.
Why buy through you instead of Amazon or Best Buy?
Three reasons. First, we sell business-grade hardware with proper warranties, not consumer models. Second, we configure it before you get it — Windows setup, accounts, security, software, your shared drives mapped — so it's ready to work on day one. Third, when something breaks, you call us, not a 1-800 number.
What's the difference between a business laptop and a consumer laptop?
Business laptops are built for years of daily use, have better warranties (3+ year on-site is standard), include security features like TPM and fingerprint readers, support enterprise management tools, and have replaceable parts. Consumer laptops are cheaper but die faster and aren't designed for the workload of a real business.
Can you deploy 20 laptops for our office rollout?
Yes. We do bulk hardware rollouts — staging, imaging, configuration, asset tagging, and deployment for offices replacing fleets or expanding. We've done rollouts from a few devices to 50+ devices for businesses and band offices across the region.
Do you sell servers and networking equipment?
Yes. Dell PowerEdge and HPE servers, Ubiquiti UniFi networking, Cisco/Meraki for larger environments, and the supporting infrastructure — UPS, racks, KVMs, cabling. We size and configure based on what you actually need, not what the manufacturer wants to sell.
How much markup do you take on hardware?
Our hardware margins are modest — typically 5–15% over distributor cost — and we'll tell you the breakdown on request. We make our money on services, not hardware markup. You generally get prices comparable to or better than retail, with proper configuration and support included.

Need to replace a fleet,
or just one machine?

Tell us what the hardware is for and how many you need. We'll spec the right machines and quote them with setup included.
