Why Microsoft 365 done properly matters

Most M365 tenants are
set up wrong from day one.

Microsoft 365 is powerful — but it's also enormous, and most small businesses get the tenant set up once by whoever sold them the licenses and then never touch it again. Default security settings are weak. SharePoint sites are misconfigured. Permissions are wide open. Old user accounts stay active for years after people leave. Nobody set up MFA. Backups don't exist because Microsoft doesn't do them.

We set up Microsoft 365 the way it should be set up: proper security baselines, MFA enforced on every account, SharePoint structured to match your actual departments, OneDrive replacing personal file shares, conditional access policies that block sign-ins from countries you don't operate in, and a third-party backup of your tenant data so you can actually recover from accidental deletion or a compromise.

If you already have Microsoft 365 and you're not sure if it was set up right, we'll do a tenant health check and give you a clear list of what's wrong and how much it costs to fix.

Common questions

Microsoft 365 FAQ

How much does Microsoft 365 cost per user?
Microsoft 365 Business Basic is about $7.50 CAD per user per month; Business Standard (with full desktop Office apps) is about $16.50; Business Premium (with security tools) is about $28. We help you pick the right plan based on what your team actually needs — and we handle the licensing through us if you want a single bill.
Can you migrate our email from Gmail or our current provider to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We do email migrations from Gmail, GoDaddy, cPanel, legacy Exchange, and almost any other provider. Mailboxes, calendars, contacts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists — all transferred without losing data. Typical migration is done overnight so there's no business interruption.
What's the difference between Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic is email plus web-only Office apps. Standard adds the full desktop Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Premium adds security tools like Intune for device management, advanced threat protection, and conditional access. We recommend Premium for any business handling sensitive data — it's worth the extra cost.
Can you set up SharePoint and Teams for our team?
Yes. We set up SharePoint sites with proper file structure and permissions, configure Teams channels for departments and projects, and migrate your file shares into OneDrive and SharePoint so everything is searchable and accessible from anywhere.
Do you build Power Apps and Power Automate workflows?
Yes. If you already have Microsoft 365, Power Apps and Power Automate let us build internal apps and automate workflows without leaving the Microsoft ecosystem. Approval flows, intake forms, notifications, dashboards — all built on the platform you're already paying for.
Do you offer ongoing Microsoft 365 administration?
Yes. We manage Microsoft 365 tenants as part of our managed IT plans — user onboarding and offboarding, license management, security policy updates, MFA enforcement, and support for staff who need help with the apps.
