What we build

Three kinds of apps,
built around your business.

📱
iOS Apps (iPhone & iPad)
Native iPhone and iPad apps for the App Store or for private business use — customer-facing apps, staff tools, booking apps, and more.
🤖
Android Apps
Native Android apps published to the Google Play Store or distributed privately to your team. Same quality and support as our iOS work.
💻
Web Apps
Browser-based apps your team can use on any computer, phone, or tablet — no install required. Faster and cheaper to build than mobile when you don't need offline use.
📊
Dashboards & Internal Tools
Real-time visibility into staff, inventory, revenue, and operations — built around your actual data, accessible from anywhere.
📋
Portals & Intake Systems
Replace paper forms and email chains with proper apps — online intake, approvals, notifications, and a searchable record of everything.
🔗
App & System Integration
Connect your existing tools so they share data automatically — no more re-entering the same information across multiple systems.

iOS Apps

iPhone & iPad apps,
built and published for you.

We build native iPhone and iPad apps for businesses across Northwestern Ontario and Canada. That includes customer-facing apps you publish to the App Store, internal apps you distribute to your staff, and hybrid apps that do both.

A typical iOS project covers everything: designing how the app looks and works, building it, testing it on real devices, getting it through Apple's App Store review, and supporting it after launch. We handle the App Store developer account setup, the submission process, and the rejections that almost always happen on a first review.

Whether you need a simple loyalty app for your restaurant, a booking app for your lodge, or a field tool for your crew, we'll scope the full project upfront and quote a flat rate before any work starts.

Android Apps

Android apps for the Play Store
or for your team.

We build Android apps with the same care as our iOS work — clean design, real testing on real devices, and full publication to the Google Play Store. We also handle private distribution if you're building an internal tool you don't want listed publicly.

Most businesses want their app available on both iPhone and Android, and we usually recommend building cross-platform from a single codebase. That cuts the cost in half compared to building each version separately, with no meaningful loss in quality for the kinds of apps most businesses need.

If you have a reason to go pure native — performance-heavy apps, specific device features, or a long-term roadmap that demands it — we'll tell you honestly and quote both options.

Web Apps

Browser-based apps for the work
that doesn't need to live on a phone.

A lot of what businesses need isn't really a mobile app — it's a tool your team uses at a desk, on a tablet at the front counter, or on a laptop in the field. Web apps run in any browser, work on any device, and don't need to be installed or updated by the user.

We build web apps for booking systems, intake forms, dashboards, inventory tracking, grant management, and any process you're currently running through spreadsheets, email, or paper. They're usually faster and cheaper to build than mobile apps, and they're a better fit when you need many users to access something from many places.

If you need both — a customer-facing mobile app and a staff-facing web dashboard — we'll build them together so they share the same data and stay in sync.

Why custom beats off-the-shelf

Built for your business.
Not a workaround for someone else's.

Off-the-shelf apps are built for a generic version of your business. They fit 80% of what you need and fight you on the other 20%. You end up adjusting your process to work around the app instead of the app working around your process.

Custom apps are built for the way you actually operate. If you have a unique workflow, a specific reporting requirement, or an operational process that no existing app handles cleanly — that's exactly the kind of problem we solve. We scope it with you, build it to your spec, and hand you something that does exactly what you need.

All our custom projects are quoted flat rate before any work begins — no hourly billing, no scope creep that inflates the invoice. And when we're done, you own everything: the source code, the design files, the documentation. You're not locked into paying us to keep it running.

Common questions

App Development FAQ

Do you build iPhone apps?
Yes. We build native iPhone (iOS) apps for the App Store and for internal business use. Whether it's a customer-facing app or a tool for your staff, we handle design, development, App Store submission, and ongoing updates.
Do you build Android apps?
Yes. We build Android apps for the Google Play Store and for private business distribution. Same process as iOS — design, build, publish, and support.
Can you build an app that works on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. Most businesses want their app available on both. We build cross-platform apps that work on both iPhone and Android from a single codebase — saving you the cost of building twice.
What's the difference between a web app and a mobile app?
A mobile app is installed from the App Store or Google Play and runs on your phone. A web app runs in a browser — your team can use it on a computer, phone, or tablet without installing anything. Web apps are usually faster and cheaper to build; mobile apps are the right choice when you need offline access, push notifications, or camera/GPS features.
How much does it cost to build an app?
App projects start from $2,500 and are quoted flat rate based on scope — no hourly billing surprises. Simple internal tools and single-purpose apps land at the low end. Multi-user apps with logins, payments, or complex workflows cost more. We scope the full project with you before any work begins.
How long does it take to build a custom app?
Most apps take four to twelve weeks depending on complexity. Simple internal tools can be delivered faster; larger multi-user systems take longer. We set a realistic timeline at the start and stick to it.
Who owns the code after the app is built?
You do. We transfer full ownership of all source code, documentation, and assets at project completion. You're never locked into paying us to maintain it — though we're available for updates and enhancements if you want them.
Can you build apps for First Nations organizations or nonprofits in Northwestern Ontario?
Yes. We've built tools for First Nations band offices, social service organizations, and nonprofits — including grant tracking, client intake portals, and operational dashboards. We understand the reporting and funding realities of these organizations.
